- Serviceanfragen und -vorfälle (Incidents & Requests) von internen Kunden bearbeiten
- Mobile Device & Endpoint Management à Administration mobiler Endgeräte und Einbindung von Laptops und Handys in das Unternehmensnetzwerk
- Active Directory und Cloud Management
- Bereitstellung von Software und Hardware
- Einblicke in die Bereiche Netzwerk-Administration, IT-Security, IT-Service Management und IT-Projektmanagement
