- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Projektumsetzung und Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
- Schulung und Unterstützung der Key-User
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden bei allen projektrelevanten Fragen
- Informationsmanagement und Kommunikation neuer Themen an Kunden und interne Teams
