Requirements
Must:
- Student*in der Fachrichtung BWL, Personal/HR, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares und idealerweise bereits im Masterstudium
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel) und PowerPoint
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Begleite das Projektteam bei der Transformation der gesamten HR-Systemlandschaft
- Unterstütze erfahrene Projektleiter*innen bei täglichen Aufgaben und übernehme PMO-Aufgaben
- Erstelle Projektstatusberichte und bereite Meetings vor
- Bringe Deine Ideen in Projekten ein und nutze Deine Freiräume
- Profitiere von flachen Hierarchien
- Flexibles Arbeiten mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche, angepasst an Deinen Studienplan
- Setze Deine individuellen Fähigkeiten in einem familiären Umfeld ein
