Requirements
Must:
- Langjährige Entwicklungserfahrung (ca. 8+ Jahre)
- Vertrautheit mit Patterns wie CQRS, Event-Sourcing und Domain Driven Design
- Praktisches Verständnis von Teamführung
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu überblicken und Stakeholder abzuholen
- Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Wissen teilt und Feedback sucht
- Engagement für Software Craftsmanship und Clean Code
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung digitaler Services für Kunden und Kollegen im internen Startup der Syna
- Gestaltung von verteilten Architekturen mit modernen Technologien wie Kotlin mit Spring Boot oder TypeScript mit ReactJS
- Mitwirkung an Pair Programming, Whiteboard-Sessions und Architektur-Diskussionen
- Sicherstellung von sauberem Code, kontinuierlicher Integration und stabilen Deployments in Kubernetes-Umgebungen
- Aktive Umsetzung von Ideen bei Code-Reviews und Nutzung aktueller Architektur-Patterns
- Implementierung intelligenter AI-Workflows zur Verbesserung der Kundenbetreuung
- Mitgestaltung technischer Visionen in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell (Remote und vor Ort)
