Requirements
Must:
- Langjährige Entwicklungserfahrung (ca. 8+ Jahre) mit modernen Technologien wie Kotlin mit Spring Boot oder TypeScript mit ReactJS
- Erfahrung mit CQRS, Event-Sourcing und Domain Driven Design
- Teamführungskompetenz: gemeinsam tüfteln, coden, lernen und wachsen
- Vertrautheit mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum) und kurzzyklischem Arbeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu überblicken und Stakeholder zu koordinieren
- Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Lust auf Mitgestaltung
- Software Craftsmanship und Clean Code als persönliche Prinzipien
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung digitaler Services zur Verbesserung des Alltags unserer Kunden und Kollegen
- Gestaltung verteilte Architekturen in Cloud-Nativen Umgebungen
- Durchführung von Pair Programming, Whiteboard-Sessions und Architektur-Diskussionen
- Sicherstellung von sauberem Code, kontinuierlicher Integration und stabilen Deployments
- Aktive Mithilfe bei Code-Reviews und Umsetzung aktueller Architektur-Patterns
- Implementierung intelligenter AI-Workflows für schnellere Kundenbetreuung
- Mitgestaltung technischer Visionen in cross-funktionalen Produktteams
