Requirements
Must:
- Langjährige Entwicklungserfahrung (ca. 8+ Jahre)
- Vertrautheit mit Patterns wie CQRS, Event-Sourcing und Domain Driven Design
- Praktische Teamführungskompetenz
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu überblicken
- Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Kenntnis von Software Craftsmanship und Clean Code
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung digitaler Services für Kunden und Kollegen
- Gestaltung von verteilten Architekturen mit Kotlin und Spring Boot oder TypeScript und ReactJS
- Durchführung von Pair Programming und Architektur-Diskussionen
- Sicherstellung von sauberem Code und stabilen Deployments in Kubernetes-Umgebungen
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei Code-Reviews und Nutzung aktueller Architektur-Patterns
- Implementierung intelligenter AI-Workflows zur Kundenbetreuung
- Gestaltung technischer Visionen in cross-funktionalen Produktteams
