Requirements
Must:
- I have 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- I possess a deep understanding of Agile principles, managing sprints, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting the sprint backlog as needed.
- I have a good understanding of complex software architecture and cloud solutions.
- I am a team player with very good communication skills.
- I can work effectively across teams, collaborating with other Product Owners, development teams, and regional stakeholders.
- I can quickly analyze complex requirements from different regions and convert them into actionable product features.
- I have strong leadership abilities in setting team direction, handling priority changes within the sprint, and making key decisions that impact product delivery.
- I am proficient with Jira and Confluence.
- I have a good attitude, with a love for the product and my team.
- I am fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- I will lead refinement and planning sessions within the team.
- I will write Requirements, Epics, and User Stories.
- I will manage and align with stakeholders of other domains.
- I will handle incoming requirements from sales, regions, and other stakeholders.
- I will set and manage the priorities of the team.
- I will handle mid-sprint changes effectively, ensuring alignment with broader project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- I will manage and communicate release timelines, ensuring they align with expectations from stakeholders.
- I will provide clear, concise updates on the team’s progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- I will highlight key achievements, challenges, and potential risks to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- I will closely collaborate with the QA team to define test scenarios and customer sign-off.
- I will ensure clarity and comprehensiveness of requirements and feature documentation.
- I will incorporate feedback from users and support Product Roadmap planning.

I will be part of a distributed team working on the next generation of the Traffic Management System, MyCity.
