Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich ERP, HR oder Datenmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Verwaltung von ERP-Systemen
- Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und -Systemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datenmanagement-Tools und -Technologien
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Verwaltung von ERP-Systemen
- Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
- Entwicklung von Datenmanagement-Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit ERP- und Datenmanagement-Systemen
