Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Projekterfahrung im SAP-Umfeld (IS-U, S4 Utilities)
- Gute SAP S/4HANA Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticket-Systemen (z. B. SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow)
- Verständnis für Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse zwischen SAP-Modulen
- Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen und Projektmanagementmethoden (Anforderungsanalyse und Umsetzung)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, proaktives Handeln
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Responsibilities
- Projektleitung/-mitarbeit bei komplexen Projekten im IS-U Umfeld
- Koordination und/oder Umsetzung von IT-Anforderungen
- Aufnahme & Strukturierung von Business Anforderungen
- Aufgaben im Umfeld SAP IS-U Support
- Serviceorientierte Beratung, Betreuung und ggf. Schulung der Anwender
