Requirements
Must:
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss mit Diplom/Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und umfangreiche Erfahrung im SAP-PM
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Fachwissen im SAP PM Umfeld mit vertiefter Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von SAP-Lösungen
- Organisationsgeschick und Projekterfahrung in der Umsetzung von SAP HANA Projekten
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung als Process Owner / Modulverantwortlicher für das SAP-PM Modul
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- und Meldungsprozesse im PM-Modul in S/4 Hana innerhalb der OE350
- Aufnahme von Anforderungen an SAP Prozesse innerhalb der OE 350 und Beratung sowie Abstimmung mit der IT zur fachlichen Abbildung und technischen Umsetzung
- Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Systemlösungen im SAP- und Non-SAP-Umfeld für übergreifende Prozessabläufe
- Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer CAFM Software Planon conjectFM
- Projektleitung in IT-lastigen Projekten des Immobilienmanagements
- Entwicklung und Integration von Anwendungen aus den Themenfeldern Digitalisierung und KI für die immobilienbezogenen Prozesse in der OE350
