Requirements
Must:
- I have a university or university of applied sciences degree (bachelor's or diploma) in computer science, business informatics, or another IT-related discipline.
- Alternatively, I have completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems administrator, IT clerk, or another IT-related discipline and have at least one year of professional experience in the field.
- As a civil servant, I have the qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service.
- I possess a sound understanding of HR processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system.
- I have already played a significant role in an SAP HCM implementation project, ideally in a municipal environment.
- I demonstrate an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, with a high level of commitment and assertiveness, as well as good communication skills.
- I think and act in a goal-oriented and economic manner.
Responsibilities
- I will actively participate in an ongoing SAP HCM implementation project, including recording, evaluating, and qualifying requirements, testing, training, and go-live activities, as well as planning, controlling, and monitoring project activities.
- I will support the design of the future operating model, including necessary interface functions to the external service provider.
- After system implementation, I will take over tasks in the interface between the city of Bochum and the external service provider, which includes:
- Recording, evaluating, and qualifying future professional and technical requirements.
- Analyzing, optimizing, and designing HR processes while considering functional and technical requirements.
- Continuously further developing the HR system.
- Supporting future projects and managing and controlling the external service provider.
