Must:
- abgeschlossener Verwaltungslehrgang II (früher: Angestellten-Lehrgang II)
- für Beamtinnen/Beamte: Befähigung für die Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt (ehemals gehobener Dienst) und berufliche Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium (min. Bachelor / Dipl. FH) im einschlägigen Studiengang Verwaltungs-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaft
- mindestens dreijährige studienadäquate Berufserfahrung im Bereich Organisationsberatung und -entwicklung sowie Change-Management
- selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, service- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
- sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten

- Ausbildung von Nachwuchskräften

Im Fachdienst Zentrale Dienste arbeiten rund 15 Mitarbeitende, die zentral für die internen Abläufe unserer Verwaltung verantwortlich sind.
