Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrable expertise in building and shipping production applications.
- Proficiency in Python and modern development practices.
- Experience with modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).
- Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud-native development.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience building software applications that integrate AI/ML models.
- Ability to actively leverage AI tools in your development workflow.
- Customer-facing experience managing client projects or working directly with customers.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of customer projects from conception through deployment.
- Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic AI solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Present technical solutions and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and build production-ready applications and intelligent systems that integrate AI models.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Deploy and operationalize applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready, then monitor, maintain, and optimize them.
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML and identify opportunities to apply them.
- Mentor colleagues and represent Spryfox in the AI community.
