Requirements
Must:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python 3
- Architekturerfahrungen von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft FullStack zu arbeiten teils von Vorteil (React JS)
- Erfahrung mit Django
- Erfahrung mit asynchronen Frameworks (z. B. FastAPI, aiohttp, Starlette oder vergleichbar)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten – du findest Lösungen, statt zu experimentieren
- Erfahrung mit komplexer Software-Architektur und Performance-Optimierung
- Deutsch mindestens auf B-Level
- Teamgeist und Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte
Responsibilities
- Refactoring und Neuentwicklung unseres bestehenden ERP-Systems (Eigenentwicklung) mit Fokus auf SaaS
- Entwicklung performanter, teils asynchroner Backends in Python 3
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Frontend-Team (React.js) zur Umsetzung einer modernen UI
- Analyse komplexer Business-Logik und Implementierung sauberer, wartbarer Lösungen
- Performance-Tuning und Architekturentscheidungen für Skalierbarkeit und Stabilität
- Onsite-Arbeit in Berlin mit enger Abstimmung im Team
