Requirements
Must:
- Study with focus on Business Science/ Business Information Systems/ Business Intelligence/ Data Science / Data Analytics / Statistics / or similar
- Fundamentals of data modeling/information structuring
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and modeling (Power BI, DAX, visualization best practices)
- Basic programming skills (Excel VBA, Python, R, or comparable tools)
- Strong technical and business-oriented understanding
- Understanding of business KPIs and financial logic
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Independence and proactivity
- Ability to quickly understand complex topics
Responsibilities
- Develop an integrated performance reporting concept based on Power BI
- Identify and integrate relevant data sources
- Develop a structured and scalable data model
- Define clear KPI calculation logic aligned with business objectives
- Implement a Power BI-based performance dashboard
- Provide a clear and structured executive-level overview of company performance
- Enable drill-down capabilities from aggregated KPIs to underlying processes
- Create transparency across departments for management decisions
Description
We are a medium-sized company for development, production, and service of test systems in small and very small series. We accompany projects from the initial idea to implementation and service. In close cooperation with our customers, we develop specific, complex electronic test solutions in a safety-critical environment with 60 employees in Ulm.
