Local Information Security Officer (LISO) (m/f/d)

Your main task is to ensure the local implementation of and compliance with the company's security guidelines, including overseeing and assisting in monitoring information assurance and performing independent analysis of IT system concepts. You will make recommendations for design and optimization, and facilitate the assessment and approval process. You will oversee ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies and procedures for the local site and make recommendations accordingly. Additionally, you will conduct basic information security training for new employee onboarding at the plant. Collaboration with various stakeholders in defining and analyzing system security requirements and providing solutions that best meet business needs will be essential. You will be responsible for identifying and communicating technical risks and mitigation strategies, as well as developing and maintaining security documentation. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in finalizing documentation and implementing information security requirements and controls for IT systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework. You will act proactively to prevent potential disaster situations at the local site, assess local information security incidents, determine required actions, and coordinate those actions. Diligently conducting and completing annual reviews and audits in accordance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements to ensure compliance with the local ISMS will be part of your duties. You will communicate risks and recommendations to mitigate them and provide transparent KPIs. Lastly, you will support the regular identification and classification of information and physical assets within a centralized register for information assets.
