Information Security Officer / LISO (m/f/d)

Your main task is to ensure the local implementation of and compliance with the company's security guidelines, including overseeing and assisting in monitoring information assurance, performing independent analysis of IT system concepts, making recommendations for design and optimization, and facilitating the assessment and approval process. You will oversee ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies and procedures for the local site and make recommendations. Conduct basic information security training for new employee onboarding at the plant. Collaborate with various stakeholders in defining and analyzing system security requirements and providing solutions that best meet business needs. You will be responsible for identifying and communicating technical risks and mitigation strategies, as well as developing and maintaining security documentation. Your responsibilities also include assisting in finalizing documentation and implementing information security requirements and controls for IT systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework. Act proactively to prevent potential disaster situations at the local site and assist in assessing local information security incidents, determining required actions, and coordinating actions. Diligently conduct and complete annual reviews and audits in accordance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements to ensure compliance with the local ISMS. Communicate risks and recommendations to mitigate them and provide transparent KPIs. Support the regular identification and classification of information and physical assets within a centralized register for information assets.
