Information Security Expert - LISO (m/f/d)

Your main task is to ensure the local implementation of and compliance with our security guidelines. You will oversee and assist in monitoring information assurance, performing independent analysis of IT system concepts, making recommendations for design and optimization, and facilitating the assessment and approval process. You will oversee ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies and procedures for the local site and make recommendations. Conducting basic information security training for new employee onboarding at the plant will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in defining and analyzing system security requirements and providing solutions that best meet business needs. You will be responsible for identifying and communicating technical risks and mitigation strategies, developing, and maintaining security documentation. Additionally, you will assist in finalizing documentation and implementing information security requirements and controls for IT systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework. Acting proactively to prevent potential disaster situations at the local site, you will also assist in assessing local information security incidents, determining required actions, and coordinating those actions. You will diligently conduct and complete annual reviews and audits in accordance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements to ensure compliance with the local ISMS. Communicating risks and recommendations to mitigate them while providing transparent KPIs will be crucial in your role. Lastly, you will support the regular identification and classification of information and physical assets within a centralized register for information assets.
