Requirements
Must:
- Praxiserfahrung im Microsoft‑365‑Umfeld (idealerweise 2+ Jahre) — auch Einsteiger mit starkem M365‑Skillset sind willkommen
- Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der Bereiche: Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Verständnis für Informationsmanagement, Collaboration‑Strategien und Cloud‑Sicherheit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und serviceorientiertes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Beratung, Konzeption und Einführung von Collaboration‑Lösungen (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online)
- Aufbau von Informationsarchitekturen, Governance‑Konzepten und Berechtigungsmodellen
- Automatisierung von Prozessen mit Power Automate und Entwicklung einfacher Power Apps
- Technische Begleitung in agilen Kundenprojekten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern und Dev‑Teams
- Betrieb, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung interner Plattformen
- Schulung und Enablement von Anwendern und IT‑Teams
