Requirements
Must:
- A completed degree in electrical engineering or IT.
- Ability to understand complex systems and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts in an understandable way, both within the team and in direct contact with customers.
- Very good German skills and, ideally, good English skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our management systems ensuring all components work together harmoniously.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring our customers are fully protected.
- Provide technical support and advice to sales teams and customers, assisting with commissioning new systems.
- Actively collaborate with specialist departments to find the best solutions for our customers.
