Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of professional experience working on cloud native backend applications with Golang
- Ability to develop software that is clean, pragmatic, and forward-thinking
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, fix bugs, and perform maintenance
- Experience in debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Strong skills in improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude towards development and maintenance of high-quality, scalable web applications using Golang
- Experience with architecture and design patterns in cloud native environments (great if you have)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications in cloud environments such as Azure DevOps, ArgoCD (great if you have)
- Experience building and running production systems (great if you have)
Responsibilities
- Join our skilled R&D team to evolve our proprietary engine for generating highly personalized advertising promotions
- Develop an intuitive, extendable application for advertisers to manage and evaluate promotion campaigns
- Build a modern microservice-based backend with a strong technical foundation to meet customer expectations
- Support intuitive reporting features to visualize the outcome of machine learning-optimized promotions
- Work autonomously to achieve objectives while collaborating with software developers, data engineers, DevOps, and product managers
- Contribute to scaling our vision of making marketing relevant and impactful
- Participate in a fully remote setup while attending onsite company and engineering events to meet colleagues
