Requirements
Must:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Bauingenieurwesen mit IT-Fokus, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige aktive und relevante Erfahrung im Projektmanagement an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Facility Management und Bau (Smart Building / Real Estate IT)
- Verständnis von IoT-Architekturen, Cloud-Plattformen (ideal: StackIT/GCP/Azure) und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
- Kenntnisse in Gebäudeautomation und relevanten Protokollen (z.B. BACnet/SC, OPC UA, MQTT)
- Erfahrung in klassischen und agilen Projektmethoden sowie im Anforderungsmanagement (Requirement Traceability)
- Verständnis von
Responsibilities
- Projektsteuerung DigiHub: Verantwortung für die zukunftsfähige Infrastruktur des IPAI und Koordination der Smart-Building-Anforderungen mit den Fachbereichen
- Proof of Concepts: Steuerung der IT-Befähigung und Live-Überführung von Use Cases von der Raumautomation über autonome Logistik-Robotik bis hin zum Zutrittsmanagement
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Vermittlung zwischen Bauabteilung, Schwarz IT und dem IPAI Fachbereich, um die Einhaltung zentraler IT-Integrationsvorgaben sicherzustellen
- Connect-to-Core: Steuerung der Anbindung der Gebäudesysteme an den zentralen IPAI IoT Core und Sicherstellung der Datenlieferung gemäß Ontologie
- Teilprojektleitung Campus: Entwicklung von Lösungen für Identity & Access Management, Campus App sowie Navigation am IPAI Campus
- Qualitätssicherung & Inbetriebnahme: Begleitung des
