Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige, profunde Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science (idealerweise 5+ Jahre) mit Fokus auf Pricing, Revenue Management oder Demand Forecasting
- Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit Causal Inference, Zeitreihenanalyse und Tree-based Models
- Kenntnisse in Python, PySpark und Databricks
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines (z.B. GitLab CI), Best-Practices im Bereich MLOps (MLflow) und Data-Lake-Architekturen (Delta Lake)
- Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von Modellen via FastAPI und asynchronen Architekturen (Pub/Sub, GCP)
- Übernahme operativer Lieferverantwortung und proaktives Management komplexer Abhängigkeiten
- Freude am systematischen Weitergeben von Wissen und Durchführung von Mentoring im Code
Responsibilities
- Verantwortlich für die operative technische Umsetzung als Lead Data Scientist
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser agiler Arbeitsprozesse und Koordination der teaminternen Aufgabenverteilung
- Mitgestaltung des Demand & Price Elasticity Forecasting zur Entkopplung der Nachfrage von Preissensibilität
- Entwicklung von Optimierungsalgorithmen zur Balance zwischen Margenschutz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
- Vorantreiben des Produktionslebenszyklus auf modernem Stack (Spark, Databricks, Delta Tables)
- Sicherstellung hoher technischer Standards als operatives Quality Gate
- Übersetzung komplexer ML-Modelle in den entscheidenden So what-Kontext für Product Manager
