Requirements
Must:
- Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit dem Windows-Server-Stack und Fähigkeit, diesen cloud-ready zu machen
- Erfahrung in der Anwendungs-Modernisierung, insbesondere bei der Migration von Stateful-Legacy-Apps in eine Stateless-Cloud-Welt
- Beherrschung klassischer Enterprise-IT (Virtualisierung, Storage, AD) sowie moderner Cloud-Paradigmen (Microservices, Container, APIs)
- Analytische Stärke zur Durchdringung komplexer Abhängigkeiten in gewachsenen Umgebungen und Ableitung verlässlicher Migrations-Strategien
- Souveränitäts-Mindset und Freude daran, Kunden zu zeigen, dass komplexe Windows-Workloads rechtssicher auf einer deutschen Cloud-Plattform betrieben werden können
Responsibilities
- Assessment komplexer Applikationslandschaften, insbesondere Analyse von Windows-basierten Workloads und Identifizierung technischer Abhängigkeiten
- Bewertung der Cloud-Readiness von Legacy-Applikationen und Entwicklung pragmatischer Migrationspfade
- Beratung von Kunden bei der Entkopplung von On-Premises-Strukturen und Überführung in moderne Identitäts- und Zugriffsmodelle in unserer Cloud
- Begleitung des Kunden technisch vom Proof-of-Concept der Migration bis hin zur produktiven Umschaltung sowie Auswahl der richtigen Tools
