Requirements
Must:
- Abschluss: Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik oder Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Produkt-/Kundenkontext
- Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse in User Stories zu übersetzen
- Know-how im agilen Backlog-Management
- Sprachgewandtheit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Analytische Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
Responsibilities
- Du verantwortest eigenständig das Kunden-Backlog: Priorisierung nach Business Value, Kundenbedarf, Innovationskraft und Wiederverwendbarkeit.
- Du bewertest neue Kundenanforderungen gemeinsam mit Sales und dem Key Account Management.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Delivery Lead und anderen Solution Ownern zusammen, dabei förderst du Innovationen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Kunden und Stakeholder.
