Requirements
Must:
- Completed education as IT specialist for system integration or similar
- Strong knowledge of common operating systems (Win7/Win8/Win10)
- Good hardware knowledge in the desktop and notebook area
- Proficiency in LAN and WLAN
- Excellent written and spoken German and good English language skills
Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of clients
- Hardware relocations (dismantling, assembly, cabling)
- Warranty and standard repairs in the desktop, notebook, and printer areas
- Software and hardware troubleshooting and analysis
- Handling service calls in the client environment
- On-site support
