Requirements
Must:
- You have successfully completed a scientific or technical degree, doctorate optional.
- Experience with ultra-high-vacuum equipment is desired.
- Ideally, you already have experience in experimental photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS/UPS) and with UHV instrumentation.
- You have experience with the installation and testing of complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- You enjoy working in a team and have strong problem-solving skills, are also very self-organized and goal-oriented.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the test, qualification and commissioning of scientific instruments.
- You will perform the internal and external acceptance tests.
- You are responsible for filing order-related documentation, such as internal and external acceptance tests reports.
- You operate our instruments and test machines, conduct quality control and perform production tasks.
