Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement oder Studium in der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik / IT
- Erfahrung in der technologischen Begleitung von Kunden und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erste Erfahrung mit ITIL
- Leidenschaft für Innovationen in der IT-Branche sowie Freude an der Beratung
- Sicheres, professionelles und empathisches Auftreten
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Team- und Kundenorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
Responsibilities
- Durchführung von Service-Transition-Projekten gemäß unseren Standards
- Erstellung von Prozessen und Abläufen zur Service-Erbringung
- Aktiver und regelmäßiger Kontakt zu unseren Kunden
- Steuerung und Motivation eines Projektteams
- Einstieg als Junior-Projektleiter möglich
