Must:
- Ich habe ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Plattformarchitekturen, APIs, Datenflüsse und Cloud-Umgebungen.
- Idealerweise habe ich Erfahrung mit digitalen Lernplattformen oder SaaS-Systemen.
- Ich denke systemisch, arbeite strukturiert und habe Freude daran, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen.
- Ich bin technikaffin, strategisch und lösungsorientiert.
- Ich habe Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge wirklich voranzutreiben.
- Bonuspunkte habe ich, wenn ich bereits im Learning & Development Umfeld unterwegs war.
Responsibilities
- Ich verantwortete den Betrieb unserer Learning & Development Plattformen (z. B. LMS, LXP).
- Ich analysiere, strukturiere und optimiere unsere bestehende Systemlandschaft – und denke sie zukunftsorientiert weiter.
- Ich arbeite eng mit internen Teams, externen Entwicklern und Partnern zusammen, um neue Features, Schnittstellen und Integrationen umzusetzen.
- Ich stelle sicher, dass Hosting, Sicherheit und Performance (z. B. auf AWS) reibungslos funktionieren.
- Ich übersetze technologische Entwicklungen in strategische Entscheidungen und setze Impulse für Innovation.
- Ich habe den Überblick über Prozesse, Tools und Systeme – und sorge dafür, dass alles nahtlos ineinandergreift.
