Working Student Software Support (m/f/d)

- Support managers in analyzing the current (as-is) situation and preparing clear summaries and recommendations - Help define the software support concept and coordinate alignment with the project team and internal stakeholders; prepare materials and follow-up notes for manager meetings - Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal project management solution in Jira, including implementing routines (scripts/code) to automate data extraction and enable advanced reporting for managers - Build and maintain the departmental knowledge base: document processes, capture project status and prepare concise entries that managers can use for status briefings in close cooperation with the team - Establish and produce periodical visual management reports and dashboards to provide managers with up-to-date, actionable insights
