Requirements
Must:
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant position
Practical experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, dbt, Palantir Foundry), along with strong skills in SQL, Python, and Spark
Proven experience in building and implementing generative AI solutions, such as RAG architectures, copilots, intelligent search systems, or workflow automation tools
Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts and data warehousing methodologies
Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on delivering results
Strong communication abilities and fluency in English
Responsibilities
Translating business needs into effective data architectures and solutions
Supporting different aspects of projects, including areas such as cloud development, infrastructure setup, data engineering, data science, and generative AI use cases
Communicating findings and delivering insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
Traveling occasionally within Switzerland and abroad to engage with clients and work closely with the team at the Zurich headquarters
