Requirements
Must:
- Degree in business informatics, information technology, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Azure, C#)
- Team player, result-oriented, and eager to tackle new challenges
- Ability to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Curious, self-driven, and willing to grow with the team and the company
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain business-critical applications in accordance with ITIL (Service Operations)
- Handle incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring stable average resolution time
- Ensure the availability of critical applications and components
- Report and document disruptions for operation, changes, and deployment
- Support debugging at source-code level and contribute to testing activities
- Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot issues and support the further development of our applications
