Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Berlin

- Participate in internal product discovery to understand business problems, payment and accounting flows, and improvement opportunities across products and operations. - Gather and structure business requirements by facilitating workshops and discussions with internal and external stakeholders. - Analyse and document end-to-end business processes, including current state and target state, using clear diagrams, narratives and use cases. - Transform business needs into clear, actionable documentation for both business and technical teams, including business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Support product managers in breaking down larger initiatives into MVPs, epics, and well-formed backlog items that are ready for implementation. - Conduct impact and feasibility analyses together with product managers, engineers and other experts, particularly for changes that affect payments, accounting, and ledgers. - Help the cross-functional team understand the business logic behind requirements and how changes affect financial and operational accounting. - Support quality assurance by validating that delivered functionality matches the intended business behaviour and acceptance criteria. - Contribute to planning and estimation in sprint and product backlog sessions, bringing a clear view of complexity and dependencies from a business perspective.
