Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years hands-on in C#/.NET, including direct contribution to architectural decisions
- Strategic, outcome-driven experience in cloud platforms - Azure preferred
- Proficiency designing RESTful APIs
- Experience in microservices, distributed architectures, and event-driven integration
- Practical exposure to messaging, e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Basic experience in frontend JS frameworks
- Ability and willingness to challenge company and engineering assumptions
- Strong written and spoken English
- FinTech/banking experience is a plus but ability to learn fast is essential
Responsibilities
- Assist in tackling architectural and coding challenges within your product team
- Support migration, refactoring, and modernization of Azure cloud environments
- Design, build, test, and deploy robust, maintainable code and APIs
- Analyze requirements skeptically and architect systems aligned with future business needs
- Document clearly and leave no process ambiguous
- Drive best practices and standards in development
- Actively shape our engineering culture by providing feedback and adopting new ideas
- Participate fully in agile processes while scrutinizing deadlines, priorities, and work scope
- Mentor team members and assist in setting standards for quality and architectural thinking
