Requirements
Must:
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification in the IT sector.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP MM application support.
- You are very familiar with the relevant processes and their technical implementation in the SAP environment.
- You like to think conceptually, act in a solution-oriented manner, and impress with your creativity and team spirit.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
- You understand business contexts and can translate them into IT solutions.
- It is normal for you to question the status quo, and you continuously strive for improvements—both in detail and in the big picture.
- You show motivation, want to develop yourself further, and are open to exchange with other experts.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and a good command of English.
- Ideally, you have experience with interface connections to SAP systems.
- Knowledge of e-procurement solutions, ideally with Ivalua, is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of the ABAP workbench is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with agile project methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
Responsibilities
- You will support and develop our IT applications (especially SAP-MM, Simple System, Mobisys) around the processes in purchasing, materials management, and warehouse logistics.
- You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT landscape—both technically and professionally.
- As the first point of contact for our users, you will answer technical questions and document solutions in a structured manner.
- With your commitment, you will actively contribute to exciting projects and help shape future-proof solutions.
- You will analyze and evaluate existing IT solutions, develop them further, and take responsibility for individual topic packages.
- You will work closely with colleagues and partners to support the implementation of new processes and technologies.
- You will ensure smooth collaboration through targeted management of our external IT service providers.

We are looking for a Coordinator SAP for Material Management (MM) (m/f/d) for a permanent full-time or part-time position in Cologne.
