Requirements
Must:
- Infrastructure as Code DNA: Erfahrung mit SaltStack oder Ansible sowie Terraform
- Coding Skills: Fähigkeit zur Softwareentwicklung (C#, Vue.js, Python o.ä.) und Verständnis für API-Entwicklung
- AI Enthusiast: Verständnis von LLMs über Chatbots hinaus und Interesse an der Entwicklung von realen Agenten
- Hands-On Mentalität: Bereitschaft, im Support einzugreifen, um Automatisierungsbedarfe zu verstehen
- Tech Stack Vertrautheit: Vertrautheit mit Kubernetes, CI/CD, Apache Pulsar und Elastic Stack
- Mindset: Proaktive Identifikation von Ineffizienzen und der Drang, diese zu beheben
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung von AI Agents, die Support-Tickets lösen können
- Verbindung von Monitoring (Icinga) und Logging (Elastic) mit LLMs für intelligent observability
- Automatisierung zur Unterstützung unseres Cloud-Launches durch API- und Agentensteuerung
- Schreiben von C# Services, Aufbau von Vue.js Frontends und Debugging von Terraform-Skripten
- Mentoring von Azubis und Vermittlung moderner, AI-gestützter Operations
- Förderung eines Security First-Kultur und Automatisierung zur Schaffung sicherer Systeme
