Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt in Informatik (idealerweise Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen: MS-900, MS-700 oder MS-102
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive und Microsoft 365
- Erfahrungen mit Collaboration Konzepten und Governance
- Erfahrung mit Sicherheitskonzepten (idealerweise CIS)
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Power Plattform
- Gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell und Automatisierung
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Kundenprojekten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting und 2nd/3rd-Level-Support für komplexe M365-, MS Teams- und Collaboration-Szenarien
- Beratung unserer Kunden zu Best Practices im Bereich Teams und Collaboration (SharePoint Online und OneDrive)
- Aktive Mitarbeit an Migrations- und Lifecycle-Projekten
- Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Microsoft Teams-Umgebungen mit Fokus auf Meetings, Chat und Zusammenarbeit
- Einrichtung und Optimierung von Teams-Kollaborationsfunktionen sowie Governance Richtlinien
- Implementierung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben für Teams und Kommunikationsdienste
- Automatisierung von Prozessen und Konfigurationen mittels PowerShell
