Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)

- Erfahrung mit Windows Server, VMware und Microsoft-Umgebungen

Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur
- Administration von Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, M365 und Exchange
- Unterstützung im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support
- Arbeiten mit Ticketsystem (Jira)
- Mitarbeit an Infrastrukturprojekten
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten

Wir sind ein etablierter, international tätiger Mittelständler im Raum Heilbronn und suchen einen Systemadministrator (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Windows-Infrastruktur. Unser IT-Team besteht aus 4 Allroundern, einem Auszubildenden und dem Leiter IT. Die Position ist vollständig Inhouse ohne Reisetätigkeiten. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten, ein Gleitzeitmodell, die Möglichkeit für 2 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche und attraktive Rahmenbedingungen wie Opting zwischen 12 oder 13,5 Gehältern sowie Weiterbildungsprogramme. Der Arbeitsort ist teilweise im Homeoffice in Heilbronn (Stadtkreis Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg). Hier erwartet Sie ein stabiler, wachsender Mittelständler mit langfristiger Perspektive.
