Requirements
Must:
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von ERP/MES‑Programmen (idealerweise SAP S/4HANA im produzierenden Mittelstand mit hoher Produktvarianz, Multi‑Site/International)
- Routine in SAP Activate/PMI/PRINCE2, Projekt‑Controlling und Partnersteuerung
- Bereitschaft, langfristig Verantwortung zu ĂĽbernehmen und sich aktiv einzubringen
- Hohe Prozesskompetenz in Produktion/Logistik und Shopfloor‑Nähe
- Change‑Mindset
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft
Responsibilities
- Aufbau und FĂĽhrung des Inhouse-SAP-Teams fĂĽr die dauerhafte Betreuung der SAP-Systemumgebung
- Langfristige Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Umgebung
- Gesamtverantwortung fĂĽr die EinfĂĽhrung von SAP S/4HANA (ERP) und MES entlang mehrerer Werke (Planung, Steuerung, Budget, Risiko)
- Führung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams (Inhouse + Implementierungspartner)
- Sicherstellung von Fit‑to‑Standard, End‑to‑End‑Prozessharmonisierung (SD/MM/PP/WM/FI/CO) und Stammdatengovernance
- Enges Zusammenspiel von ERP, MES/OT, Sicherheit und Compliance
