Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse der Windows-Betriebssysteme sowie der gängigen Hard- und Softwareanwendungen
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Ticketsystemen
- SQL- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Motivierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Erstkontakt: Entgegennahme von Anrufen, E-Mails und Tickets von Kunden und Mitarbeitern, um IT-Probleme zu identifizieren und zu dokumentieren
- Problemanalyse: Analyse und Diagnose von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen, sowie deren Kategorisierung und Priorisierung
- Einrichtung von Hardware: Kompetente Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hardware-Komponenten, wie Desktop-Computern, Laptops, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten
- Remote-Support: Bereitstellung von Remote-Unterstützung zur Lösung von IT-Problemen, einschließlich der Konfiguration von Endbenutzergeräten und Software
- Kundenservice: Bereitstellung freundlicher und professioneller Unterstützung, um eine positive Kundenerfahrung sicherzustellen
