- Entwicklung einer modernen Web-App (Fullstack)
- Aufbau von Frontend & Backend
- Umsetzung zentraler Features (CRM, Pipeline, Kundenakte, Automationen)
- Integration von KI (z. B. Lead-Analyse, Termin-Zusammenfassungen)
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung auf Basis realer Projekte

Die RJ Haustechnik GmbH ist ein wachsender Fachbetrieb für Wärmepumpen, Photovoltaik und Energiesysteme. Wir bauen parallel eine eigene Software: ein Betriebssystem für Energie-Handwerksbetriebe, das CRM und Projektsteuerung vereint. Unser Ziel ist es, den gesamten Prozess von Lead über Angebot und Förderung bis hin zur Installation digital zu steuern. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit von Homeoffice, mit einer Perspektive auf langfristige Zusammenarbeit oder Beteiligung.
