Internship in Digital Transformation (Data & Automation) (m/f/d)

- Good academic results in any of the following fields: engineering, technology, applied sciences or comparable technical studies - Strong leadership skills and a strong Technical Mastery - you should have a strong technical background and/or curiosity to troubleshoot difficult problems and develop new solutions. - Real passion for digital transformation and utilizing data, automation, and AI to redesign daily operations. - Agility and Resourcefulness: Ability to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost. - Development of relationships across the engineering organization, R&D, and manufacturing is critical for success. - Highly organized in work deliverables, communication, and resource management. - Intermediate proficiency in Python is required; any other programming language is a plus. - Prior hands-on experience in understanding real work processes, automating workflows, and applying analytics or simple ML is ideal. - Fluent English skills are a must; proficiency in German is preferable.
