Requirements
Must:
- Are a student with good academic results from any academic subject area, but with an affinity and passion for technology or IT. Preferred are degrees in Computer Science, Informatics, Management/Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or similar.
- Demonstrate a strong curiosity about both business and technology
- Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding analytical skills
- Possess strong English language skills (German is considered an asset)
Responsibilities
- Take the lead as an intern on projects with a high level of autonomy
- Write your thesis on a topic that meets both your needs and P&Gs while interacting with multi-functional teams
- Work on projects that enable the digital transformation of our supply chain processes
- Step into the space of Machine Learning and AI algorithms leveraging OT data from our industrial sites to drive cost reductions, quality improvements, and environmental sustainability goals
- Deep dive into a brand category and enable its further growth in the digital market space
- Work across business domains from technical to commercial focus areas to drive insights and better decision making
