- Installation und Betreuung von Serversystemen
- Betreiben von virtualisierten Serverfarmen
- Betriebssystemkenntnisse im Bereich Windows und Linux
- Installation und Betreuung von Netzwerktechnik, WLAN, Standortvernetzung
- Managen von PC-Arbeitsplätzen mit Softwareverteilersystem
- Zeiterfassungs- und Zutrittskontrolle
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
- Erstellung von Ist-Analysen und Konzepten für Systemlösungen
- Bedürfnisse von Benutzern informationstechnischer Systeme feststellen
