The position can be worked remotely from Germany. Please be open to traveling to our locations in Munich, Berlin, or Timisoara for team meetings or workshops.Responsibilities
• You’re comfortable across the stack and do what’s needed to ship (frontend to infra). We’ll provide the support you need.
• You have strong frontend expertise: React and TypeScript are your home turf; experience with state management (ideally Zustand) is a plus.
• You thrive in ambiguity at the product-tech intersection, building flexible abstractions for complex problems.
• You balance speed and quality: ship with urgency without cutting corners where it matters.
• You create leverage: automate, abstract, and build tools that prevent issues and multiply team impact.
