Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP PP Umfeld als Consultant oder Projektleiter
- Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA Projekten oder Transformationsprogrammen
- Erste disziplinarische Führungserfahrung oder klare Ambition, ein Team zu führen
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in SAP Beratungsprojekten und im Umgang mit Kunden
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von SAP Projekten oder Teilprojekten
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen
Responsibilities
- Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines SAP PP Beratungsteams
- Steuerung komplexer SAP S/4HANA Implementierungsprojekte im Produktionsumfeld
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Bereich SAP Produktionsplanung (PP)
- Beratung von Kunden bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und SAP-Systemlandschaften
- Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen im SAP-System
- Verantwortung für Teilprojekte, Projektteams und zentrale Projektentscheidungen
- Aktive Unterstützung beim Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung des SAP PP Teams
