Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld mit fundiertem Wissen in Payroll-Prozessen und internationalen HR-Strukturen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer SAP-Projekte – idealerweise mit S/4HANA-Bezug
- Verständnis von Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellen (IDoc, RFC, Webservices) und HR-nahe Integrationsszenarien
- Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Steuerung externer Payroll-Dienstleister
- Fähigkeit zur Erkennung von Optimierungspotenzialen und eigenverantwortlichem Vorantreiben von Themen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
Responsibilities
- Leitung komplexer SAP-HCM-Projekte mit Verantwortung für Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen
- Planung und Steuerung der Transformation der HR-Systemlandschaft – inkl. Bewertung von Payroll-Setups und Sourcing-Strategien
- Konzeption modulübergreifender HR-Systemarchitekturen und Sicherstellung der Integration in übergreifende SAP- und Drittanbietersysteme
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR, IT, Finance und externen Payroll-Providern
- Durchführung von Auswahlprozessen, Verhandlung von Verträgen und Steuerung externer Partner im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau interner Kontrollsysteme und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen
