Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld mit fundiertem Wissen in Payroll-Prozessen und internationalen HR-Strukturen.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer SAP-Projekte – idealerweise mit S/4HANA-Bezug.
- Du verstehst Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellen (IDoc, RFC, Webservices) und HR-nahe Integrationsszenarien.
- Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Steuerung externer Payroll-Dienstleister.
- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und bringst Themen eigenverantwortlich voran.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch & Englisch sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Responsibilities
- Du leitest komplexe SAP-HCM-Projekte mit Verantwortung für Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen.
- Du planst und steuerst die Transformation der HR-Systemlandschaft – inkl. Bewertung von Payroll-Setups und Sourcing-Strategien.
- Du konzipierst modulübergreifende HR-Systemarchitekturen und stellst die Integration in übergreifende SAP- und Drittanbietersysteme sicher.
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR, IT, Finance und externen Payroll-Providern.
- Du führst Auswahlprozesse, verhandelst Verträge und steuerst externe Partner im SAP-HCM-Umfeld.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau interner Kontrollsysteme und stellst die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sicher.

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Leitung anspruchsvoller SAP-HCM-Projekte – von der Analyse bestehender Payroll- und Sourcing-Modelle bis zur Migration in Richtung S/4HANA. Wir bieten ein attraktives Jahreszielgehalt bis zu 140.000 € inkl. variablem Anteil, ein flexibles Arbeitsmodell mit Gleitzeit und 3-4 Tage Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten, sowie die Chance zur strategischen Verantwortung für die SAP HCM & S/4HANA-Transformation. Unsere Projekte sind international und bieten hohe Komplexität, mit Perspektiven in Richtung Enterprise-Architektur oder Bereichsverantwortung in einem technologisch führenden Umfeld.
