Requirements
Must:
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in IT administration and systems
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft client and server operating systems
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and common administration tools
- Knowledge of Linux environments is an advantage
- Experience with virtualization, storage, and backup solutions (e.g., VMware, SAN) desirable
- Solid knowledge of network technology (WAN, VLAN, VPN, etc.)
- Structured, analytical, and highly independent way of working
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
- Very good German skills and solid English skills
Responsibilities
- Independent operation, administration, and further development of our IT infrastructure
- Support and optimization of client and server environments (Windows, partly Linux)
- Administration and further development of Active Directory structures
- Responsibility for backup, restore, and data security concepts
- Collaboration on challenging IT projects and introduction of new technologies
- Support for first and second-level support as a technical contact person
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating manuals
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers
