Requirements
Must:
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Lösungsorientierung
- Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Software
- Kommunikationsstärke, Freundlichkeit im Kundenkontakt
- Grundkenntnisse in SQL oder die Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder einer vergleichbaren Position (nice to have)
- SQL-Grundlagen (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden im täglichen Umgang mit unserer Software
- Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen
- Analyse und Lösung von Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklerteam
- Präsentationen und Kundenprojekte
- Arbeiten mit Datenbanken
